Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz (R)
Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz (r) was one of the best Khalifa (Caliph) after the Rashidun Caliphate. He was a Tabiyi and also Mujtahid (who can make laws required for new conditions based upon Quran and Hadith), he was also called the 5th Rashidun Caliph due to his Justice and contribution to ISLAMIC world.
He reigned for very brief period but his life was an Example for those who came after him. During his reign the islamic world became so resourceful that people can’t find any poor to give their Zakat.
